His journey in trekking field began with his first involvement as a porter, carrying loads from Lukla to the iconic Everest Base Camp. He was born in Khotang, a picturesque district in the eastern part of Nepal; Biren has a deep-rooted knowledge of the Himalayas. Over the years, he has not only completed numerous hikes and short treks but has also led adventures on all the popular trekking routes, including the easier and shorter Annapurna Base Camp and the extensive high passes trips.
