Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

A warm welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu sets the right tone for your trip. Being transferred to your hotel in a private tourist vehicle ensures a comfortable and hassle-free start to your journey.

Day 02: Drive to Chitwan (150 m) by private tourist vehicle – 5 to 6 hours

We take a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan, enjoying beautiful views along the Trishuli River. Leaving behind the bustling streets of Kathmandu, we pass through lush landscapes with green hills with terraced fields and traditional villages. The Trishuli River is popular for white water rafting. Upon reaching Chitwan National Park, we immerse ourselves in the incredible wildlife and natural sanctuary.

Day 03: Wildlife activities in Chitwan National Park

Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Nepal’s most celebrated wildlife sanctuaries. Here, you’ll be immersed in the natural beauty of lush jungles, grasslands, and meandering rivers. Chitwan is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including the iconic Bengal tiger, one-horned rhinoceros, marsh mugger crocodile and numerous bird species. You will enjoy with Jeep Safari or Elephant safari, canoeing in Rapti River, visit Elephant breeding center, observe the Tharu culture dance.

Day 04: Drive to Pokhara (800 m) by private tourist vehicle – 5 to 6 hours

After Chitwan, our journey takes us to Pokhara, a city renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty. Nestled against the backdrop of the Annapurna range, Pokhara offers a picturesque escape. You will enjoy in Phewa Lakeside Street.

Day 05: Sunrise view from Sarangkot (1,592 m) and Sightseeing in Pokhara

Sarangkot:

Early in the morning, a drive of 30 minutes with 20 minutes hike takes us to the Sarangkot  Sun rise and Mountain view point. Witness panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges bathed in golden hues as the sun rises. Capture unforgettable moments against the backdrop of the majestic peaks.

Bindabasini Temple:

Bindabasini Temple is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Bhagwati, another manifestation of Shakti.  Located in the heart of Pokhara, this ancient temple is a revered pilgrimage site for devotees. Admire the temple’s traditional architecture adorned with intricate wood carvings and colorful paintings. Experience the spiritual ambiance as devotees offer prayers and rituals to the deity.

Peace Pagoda:

After soaking in the breathtaking views from Sarangkot, head towards the Peace Pagoda, also known as the Shanti Stupa. Situated atop Anadu Hill overlooking Phewa Lake, the Peace Pagoda offers serene surroundings and panoramic vistas. Take a leisurely stroll around the stupa, admire its tranquil ambiance, and enjoy uninterrupted views of the valley below. Embrace the opportunity for meditation and reflection amidst the peaceful atmosphere.

Devi’s Fall:

Located in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley, Davis Fall is locally known as ‘Patale Chhango’. Marvel at the cascading waterfall, where the Pardi Khola stream vanishes underground into a mysterious cavern. Explore the surrounding park area, dotted with lush greenery and offering picturesque viewpoints of the waterfall. Learn about the legend of Devi’s Fall, named after a tragic incident involving a Swiss tourist in the 1960s.

Gupteshwor Cave:

 The entrance of Gupteshwor Cave is right across from Davis fall and the cave is almost 2 kms long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved.

Day 06: Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu and Sightseeing in Kathmandu

After breakfast, we fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu (25 min). Upon reaching Kathmandu, a vehicle will be waiting to take you to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Kathmandu Heritage Tour includes visits to various culturally and historically significant sites within the Kathmandu Valley.

Kathmandu Durbar Square:

 This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the historic seat of the Nepalese royalty. It’s filled with palaces, temples, courtyards, and shrines, showcasing the architectural and artistic achievements of the Malla kings who ruled over the city. Visitors can explore the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, Taleju Temple, Kumari Ghar (home of the living goddess), and numerous other temples and statues.

Swoyambhu (Monkey Temple):

Situated atop a hill west of Kathmandu city, Swoyambhu or Swayambhunath is one of the oldest and most important religious sites in Nepal. It offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and is adorned with a white stupa topped by a golden spire. The site is also inhabited by a large population of monkeys, hence its nickname.

Pashupatinath Temple:

This Hindu temple complex is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the holiest sites in Nepal. Located on the banks of the Bagmati River, it is a significant pilgrimage destination for Hindus from all over the world. Visitors can witness cremation ceremonies along the riverbank and explore the intricately carved temples and shrines within the complex.

Boudha (Boudhanath) Stupa:

Another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Boudha or Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in Nepal and a focal point of Tibetan Buddhism in Kathmandu. The stupa is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and monasteries, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Visitors can join pilgrims in walking around the stupa while spinning prayer wheels and chanting mantras.
